Jewel Drexler is a highly experienced client appreciation and event professional working with Pettinelli Financial Partners (PFP) as the Events Coordinator. Her expertise spans nearly 20 years of leadership in community relations, business development and management, hospitality, and full-service event planning and execution. 

Jewel’s experiences involved leading teams, coordinating vendors and sales managers to deliver special, creative, heart-felt events and meetings to clients. She also shares her knowledge of finance, customer service, and catering event management which are all intertwined in her passion to support PFP and the firm’s vision of superior client experiences. 

A resident of San Mateo and native to the Bay Area, Jewel believes in sharing her talents with the community. She has contributed her time and experience to the local Rotary & Kiwanis Clubs and has had the honor of being a member of the San Mateo Chamber of Commerce. Ranger Kielak is an Agricultural Transformation Coach and Pesticide Safety Specialist who helps agricultural businesses and Peninsula homeowners navigate pesticide compliance, safety, and sustainable growth.

As a former County Agricultural Commissioner pesticide inspector and UC Davis agriculture graduate, Ranger brings deep technical expertise combined with strategic coaching to serve the agricultural community across California's Central Valley and the San Mateo County Peninsula.

His work operates at three levels:

AGRICULTURAL CONSULTING: Ranger provides pesticide compliance consulting, bilingual safety training for farmworker crews, and business development support for farms and landscape companies navigating California's complex regulatory environment.

HOME SAFETY AUDITS: For Peninsula families, Ranger offers home pesticide safety audits — comprehensive property assessments that ensure pest control products are stored and used safely around children and pets.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Ranger facilitates experiential leadership workshops that help agricultural entrepreneurs and business owners transform their relationship with self-doubt and lead from clarity rather than fear.

Ranger serves as a Small Business Consultant with Renaissance Center SBDC, Monarch SBDC, and Valley Sierra SBDC, specializing in agricultural consulting across seven California counties. He is also actively involved with the Coastside Chamber of Commerce, where he works Wednesday through Sunday supporting local business development.

Hi, my name is Anita Varelas. From the very early days of my career, I realized that most referral businesses do a less than thorough service of placing seniors in their new Bay Area homes. That’s why I founded Neighborly Senior Placement, which is my dream come true.

With my industry experience and vast network of senior living colleagues, I am in a unique position to help seniors and their families to find the Bay Area senior living communities that best suit their wants and needs.

I was lucky to have grown up around not only my grandparents, but also my great grandparents. My parents led by example in honoring the seniors who lived around us.

My professional journey began with a part-time job for an assisted living community. As a young waitress, I also volunteered my time to learn everything that I could from the sales team. This led to increasingly responsible roles in all areas of operations and sales. Eventually, I was promoted to Sales Director.

Since then, I’ve worked as Regional Sales Director for senior living companies in California, Oklahoma, and Texas. Along the way, I received my Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) license and my certification in Gerontology and dementia care.
