Jennifer was born in SF, a Bay Area native, and a single mom. With 15+ years of experience as an HR expert, Jennifer has committed her life’s work to help small businesses grow by giving them the tools to focus on the work they love and to delegate the rest. Jennifer holds a PHRca and B.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Business and prides herself as a forever student, consistently staying up to date with emerging HR trends and updates. Jennifer is very active in her community. She is an active member of the Junior League, PTA, a leader in Generation Gluten Free, and a leader in the BNN (Burlingame Neighborhood Network). Jennifer has had a passion for service work since she was a child, volunteering at shelters, prisons and hospitals. 

Jennifer enjoys ballroom dancing and cooking with her son. 

Mark spent 40 years in the IT industry. In his last job, he was VP of engineering. However, he always wanted to start his own business and he finally took the plunge in mid-2018, starting his own print marketing business. When COVID hit he pivoted back to his technical skills and became an independent computer consultant. When not working, Mark can be found on one of the many wonderful golf courses in the bay area. He also plays ice hockey once a week in San Mateo. For many years he coached youth hockey and baseball in Buffalo NY, his hometown. He has 2 grown children who have graduated from college and have started their careers in IT. He recently has taken on the role of Ambassador for the San Mateo Chamber of Commerce where he has connected with and helped many other entrepreneurs.

I am a Bay Area native and was born and raised in Burlingame. I am a proud homeowner in San Mateo where I am always out and about with my Border Collie/Terrier pup, Pepper.
