Dr. Katherine Afzal is a board-certified Chiropractic Neurologist and Fellow of the American Board of Brain Injury Rehabilitation.  She works at an integrative clinic in San Francisco alongside a Doctor of Naturopathy and Medical Physician to help those suffering from a variety of conditions that impact the brain, with the most notable being a post-concussive syndrome.  When she is not educating the Bay Area community about concussion prevention and rehabilitation she enjoys sharing how to improve mental performance - one brain at a time!


SMACC Women In Action Committee is a diverse group of women empowering and inspiring each other to reach their fullest potential , building deeper relationships that will turn into more business, find alliance partner to collaborate with and learn strategies that you can implement right away into your personal and professional life.

Women in Action meets for breakfast once a month. Must be an active San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce member to participate. Non-members are welcome to visit the first time, must register online.
