Women in Action Monthly Breakfast
SMACC Women In Action Committee is a diverse group of women empowering and inspiring each other to reach their fullest potential , building deeper relationships that will turn into more business, find alliance partner to collaborate with and learn strategies that you can implement right away into your personal and professional life.
Women in Action meets for breakfast once a month. Must be an active San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce member to participate. Non-members are welcome to visit the first time, must register online.

Prior to SAMCEDA, she maintained a 20 year career with the Alsace region of France as Director U.S. Operations, EVP North America & Treasurer of the Corporation. Ms. Foust served 12 years on the City Council in Redwood City, including as Mayor and Vice Mayor and 10 years on the San Mateo County Transportation Authority, including five years as Chair. Currently she serves on the Board of United American Bank, Deputy Chair of the RWC-SMC Chamber and Trustee of the Bay Area Council Economic Institute. Ms. Foust holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and Economics, a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and certificates from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
