Join Certified Integral Coach Amy Jensen and Motherhood Coach & Grief Specialist Ilana Yahdav for a relaxing afternoon designed to support and empower mothers in their motherhood journey while prioritizing self-care.

Here’s what you can expect in our 2 hours together:

• Building Community - share laughter (or tears) with other mamas who get it. All emotions are welcome - come as you are!
• Calm through color - unleash your artistic (or non-artistic!) side with coloring (in and out!) of the lines after a long week. Color using the pages we provide, create your own masterpiece or simply scribble all over.
• Learning mindful mommy tools you can use when you feel like you’re about to lose it
• Leave with your own customized toolkit of tools curated by you for you
