The Latino Chamber Committee gathers monthly for a 30 minute educational program via Zoom meeting.

Guest Speaker: Maria Barreda, Johnson & Dugan

- We live in interesting and challenging times. Over the past few months, businesses have had to make changes and quickly adapt to how they work with clients and how they help their employees be productive and thrive. One solution that many companies have adopted, is having employees work from home.

- Join Maria Barreda from Johnson & Dugan as she shares with us how employers can implement a Work-from-Home policy to service clients. Maria has worked in the Employee Benefits industry for more than 20 years and is very familiar with the work-from-home schedule.

- She will share with us how to be productive, stay connected and maintain close relationships with coworkers. She will also talk about the challenges working from home can present and how to work around them.

- For employers, managing a workforce that is not in the office or walking down the hall can be difficult. Do you have the policy and procedures in place to be effective? Are your employees aware and clear on your expectations? Do they have the equipment they need to perform their job functions?
