Coping Ahead: Building Your Holiday Action Plan (Two-Part Workshop)

This year has been a roller coaster of emotions. It’s hard to believe that the holiday season is rapidly approaching. For many, this time of year can be very anxiety-inducing and bring up a lot of emotions, especially due to the pandemic and current political climate.

With this in mind, we created a 2-part virtual workshop, “Coping Ahead: Building Your Holiday Action Plan” which will:

Help you ease any holiday anxiety and free up energy so that you can be fully present no matter how you choose/don’t choose to celebrate this year.
Learn how to take care of your emotional needs in the way that works best for YOU
Give you peace of mind that you have healthy coping tools - tailored to you.
Equip you with a game plan and tool kit to navigate the holidays.
From creating new traditions, boundaries to protect emotional energy, and ideas for how to take care of your heart’s needs.

We created this workshop to navigate any type of grief coming up around the holidays, however, these tools can also be used other times of years leading up to significant grief dates.

Before each session, you will receive a short video and handout to help you start to build your toolkit
During each session, we will provide tools with handouts and an interactive space to create your personalized game plan, guided by Kim and Ilana

Note: this is NOT a support session and you are not required to share anything at all. This is a tactical workshop to give you tangible tools to use over the holidays and any other day that may be triggering.
