Dennis is profit acceleration advisor, business coach, and published author. Business owners hire him to increase their revenue without spending an additional cent on new marketing or advertising. Over the years, he has developed a keen understanding of the complex issues facing small business owners in the type of challenging economy we have today. Having had his own small business, he knows firsthand the challenges and struggles involved in owning and running a business. A business might be unique, but it won't matter to the prospects unless what is offered addresses a hot-button issue the prospects have. A Market Dominating Position is basically a Unique Selling Proposition or distinctive advantage that targets the hot buttons of a business’s market. This is the foundational element of marketing. A business can also form alliances or joint ventures with a number of different entities besides other non-competing businesses. Customers, vendors, and sales professionals can be harnessed in order to make a business more money in a shorter timeframe. A business can play off the assets, the expended energy, the time and the goodwill of another business in a manner that benefits both businesses.
