Most businesses have some sort of digital presence. Whether it is a website, active social media accounts, or reviews in Yelp, Facebook and Google. Then why is it that some businesses see a lot of benefits from their digital presence and others find it is at best a mediocre source for new getting new customers?
Fact of the matter is that whether it is Google, Facebook, Yelp or any other online source, they all operate based on their own formulas, known as algorithms. Just like a math equation when we say A + B = C, then if you know A and you know B then you will necessarily get to C.
For the past 10 years Joe has been working in this space and knows all the common denominators required for success.
