Yumi is the owner and self-care trainer at Open-alpha, helping busy executives and professionals as well as young professionals quickly control their stress and bring clarity to their mind through her Self-Care programs. She uses and shares a non-traditional method she got certified in Japan in 2013 as it has helped her overcome her social anxiety and strengthen her mind. Since 2017, she has helped many regain positivity and restore inner-peace.
Open-alpha’s Self-Care Program was first developed in Japan in 2003. Everything started with a simple question: "How can we strengthen our mind so we can self-control our stress and feel happy?" Then the duplicable method was designed to allow anyone to self-train themselves so they can quickly regain positivity and restore inner-peace anytime they feel conflicted.
I encountered the program over 10 years ago and went through the training to become a certified trainer. I’ve been sharing the technique in California since 2017.
