Dr. Wuchenich is a board-certified internist practicing in the model of Direct Primary Care in San Mateo. He attended medical school at Loma Linda University, and completed residencies at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Internal Medicine and Leadership Preventive Medicine, while obtaining a Masters of Public Health from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. Since then, he's practiced full-time clinical medicine; prior to returning to California in 2019, he worked at a critical access hospital in rural New Hampshire, a community medical center in Everett, Washington, and most recently, a large academic institution in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
